Job Summary
Lead cloud-based data architecture and delivery efforts for a Department of Defense client. Design, implement, and manage databases and data delivery systems for insights, analysis, and reporting; perform ETL, streaming and batch data processing, and data wrangling using SQL, ER/data modeling, and distributed computing. Guide a team to explore and adopt cloud technologies, assess on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources, and ensure standards are met throughout cloud migration. Evaluate tools and solutions based on research of client environments and collaborate with stakeholders on strategy and design. Expect to work with large, multifunctional teams (up to 150+ personnel) and contribute to performance-based contracts and vendor management as part of delivering secure, scalable data architecture for defense and national security priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with program management, including managing complex IT projects
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or IT
- DoDM 8140.03 for Defensive Cyber Workforce (DCWF) Work Role 801 Advanced Level Certification
- PMI Certification such as PgMP or PMP
- ITIL 4 Foundation and Managing Professional Framework Certification
