Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years experience in similar Data Engineer roles
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python
- Experience with data integration and pipeline tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake or similar technologies)
- Practical experience with data migration including extraction from internal and external systems and development/monitoring of pipelines
- Relevant certifications, preferably within Azure ecosystem (desired but not required)
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in an agile end-to-end development process
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving customer needs
- Customer-focused mindset and translate business needs into concrete value and solutions
