Job Summary
The Data Engineer will manage ETL processes for structured data using T-SQL, develop and maintain robust data pipelines with Microsoft Fabric components, and ensure consistent data flow through seamless interfaces. Responsibilities include the provisioning of clean data, collaborating with BI developers and data scientists, monitoring data platform stability and performance, automating operations, and troubleshooting issues. Candidates must have a degree in IT or a related field, expertise in T-SQL, and over 5 years of experience in Data Management or Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Expertise in T-SQL for complex query development, optimization, and troubleshooting
- A profile with 5+ years of experience in Data Management / Data Engineering
- Proven track record of developing and deploying ETL pipelines, Data Warehouse solution or other data platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Desired Qualifications
- Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Synapse, Data Factory) for data pipeline development and operations
- Basic scripting skills in Python and PowerShell for automation
- Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and monitoring
