Data Engineer/Data Analyst | Trailhead Content Activation and Business Outcomes

Job Summary
Build and maintain recurring reporting and pipeline infrastructure powering Trailhead measurement across content analytics, learner satisfaction, and business impact. Construct dashboards and headless analytics for catalog completions, portfolio health, and survey data ingestion, ensuring data flows from raw to curated for both visual use and AI query consumption. Execute day-to-day data quality checks, validate joins and cohort pipelines, and serve as the go-to person for internal stakeholder requests to fix bugs or build reports. Operate AI and query tools on AI-ready data to validate outputs and iterate quickly rather than manually rebuilding views.
Required Qualifications
- Strong SQL and hands-on ETL/pipeline experience (dbt, Airflow, or similar)
- Expert Tableau proficiency (calculated fields, LOD, performance optimization)
- Comfort using AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor) to speed up pipeline and reporting work
- Comfort working with both structured (engagement/CRM) and unstructured (survey/text) data pipelines
- Experience building/maintaining recurring reporting cadences reliably at scale
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and stakeholder communication skills
- Clear communicator
