Job Summary
Partner with project teams to source, access, and manipulate data while engineering processes that inform strategic and operational decision-making. Develop and construct data products, integrate systems, and implement governed ETL flows to connect operational data for analytics and BI. Collect, cleanse, and re-engineer data solutions using programming languages and tools to automate manual processes and validate models. Deliver reproducible analysis, design architectures, and communicate outputs effectively across business as usual and project delivery activities.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Data architecture and engineering disciplines
- Conceptual, logical and physical data modelling with proven experience and delivery benefits
- Understanding of Master and Reference Data Management concepts
- An analytical mindset to challenge the business with both BAU and project deliverables
- Knowledge of Data Platform Management
- Willingness to confidently challenge and quantify data decisions
- Experience in the transformation of data to meet strategic and analytical goals
- Proven experience of the development of end-to-end ETL solutions delivering business benefit
- Understanding and experience in Agile methodology/ways of work
- SC security clearance (reasonable period of residency in the UK for 5 years)
- Ability to undergo National Security Vetting
