Data Engineer

Data Engineer needed to build and own the core data models connecting product usage, accounts, revenue, pipeline, billing, and customer health. You will create trusted sources of truth for metrics, design data pipelines across product telemetry, CRM, billing, customer success, marketing, support, finance, and AI-powered internal systems, and develop dashboards and self-serve reporting. The role requires balancing foundational architecture with urgent business questions, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Finance, and bringing a strong data- and AI-oriented perspective to operational workflows. You will work as the sole data hire initially in a startup environment, contributing to data quality, governance, and the design of future AI-native business operations. A successful candidate will have deep experience building data systems, a strong point of view on how AI will change data engineering and business operations, and the ability to translate complex questions into durable data models and workflows.
