Job Summary
Design and operate data management systems for intelligence needs by determining optimal data architectures, structures, and systems. Plan, design, and optimize data throughput, query performance, and backend database technologies including SQL, NoSQL, HPC, and ETL pipelines. Serve as technical representative during deployments to address security issues and advise government principals on solution implications. Coordinate activities with UNIT and CIO personnel to achieve certification and authorization for network updates. Maintain and tune Oracle and PostgreSQL databases while applying Java, AWS, and security protocols to support intended queries and analysis. Requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI scope polygraph.
