Data Engineer (Analytics/Modeling)

Senior Data Engineer (Analytics / Modeling Focus) to join an ADP Engineering team working on Marketplace Analytics & Data Platform Modernization. The role focuses on translating raw data into robust, production-ready data models and building scalable data pipelines to provide cross-functional teams with un-compromised, highly performant, real-time datasets. You will engineer data models using a modern stack (Snowflake, dbt, Dagster), dismantle legacy ETL workflows, and establish rigorous validation standards to ensure data reliability and pipeline health across the enterprise. Must-haves include 3 to 5+ years of data-focused engineering or advanced analytics experience, advanced SQL for complex transformations, Python for data processing workflows, Snowflake-based data warehousing, dbt for modular data transformations, and practical AWS experience (S3, EC2). Nice-to-haves include familiarity with Dagster or Apache Airflow, marketplace analytics experience, BI tool integration (Tableau/Looker/PowerBI), and exposure to data orchestration and frontend visualization integration. This is a remote LATAM position aligned to Central Time hours (CT ±2).
