Lead team decisions, collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align activities with business objectives, and resolve data-related challenges to ensure seamless data flow. Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous learning. Requires minimum five years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks and proficiency in building scalable, reliable data pipelines using cloud-based platforms.
