Job Summary
Lead data enablement initiatives to improve data discoverability, usability, and trust by designing data discovery tools, metadata frameworks, semantic layers, and glossaries; foster data ownership and 'data as a product' practices; drive adoption of metadata and governance, uplift data literacy across analyst and product teams, and influence across federated teams to accelerate self-serve analytics and AI use cases.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in data enablement, analytics, or data platforms in complex environments
- Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems, architecture patterns, and semantic layers
- Ability to engage analysts, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Experience improving data discoverability, metadata, or self-serve analytics at scale
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills without direct authority
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to prioritise by value and drive execution through distributed teams
