Job Summary
Audience Design team analyst role focused on analyzing complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to provide insights for decision makers. Utilize BI toolsets (AWS, Python, R, SQL, Excel) to build targeted datasets for omni-channel marketing campaigns and extract data for product and customer recommendations. Develop and implement statistical models and partner with internal teams to develop KPIs from multiple data sources to enable future decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related field with data analytics coursework
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Python and other big data tools/languages
- Experience in R or other statistical modeling tools
- Experience with SQL, IBM SPSS, Access and/or other database structures
- Ability to work independently and with others in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to gain consensus and drive projects forward
- 1 year of experience in data analytics or related field (preferred)
