Job Summary
Own and manage a specific business data domain, ensuring data quality and governance standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and support data-driven decision-making. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data processes, accuracy, and efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and implement best practices. Act as a trusted advisor on data standards, policies, and governance across the organization. Monitor and maintain the quality, consistency, and usability of business-critical data. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively manage priorities and challenges in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in Data Management, Master Data, Business Operations, Data Governance, Business Analysis, Procurement, Finance, or a related field
- Experience working with business data and understanding how data impacts operational and commercial processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive solutions
- Demonstrated experience improving processes and implementing structured ways of working
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge and influence business partners when required
- Experience working with databases, data analysis tools, data visualization platforms, or data governance frameworks
- Professional proficiency in English is mandatory
- Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Purchasing Operations, or related functions
- Understanding of supplier, purchasing, and sourcing data processes
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Financial Operations, or related areas
- Understanding of financial master data and finance-related business processes
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish is considered a plus but is not required
