Job Summary
Data Delivery Manager accountable for end-to-end demand-to-delivery for a defined value stream, partnering with Business and Data & Analytics stakeholders; own intake and shaping of data and analytics demand, manage data delivery backlog across Run and Change, ensure alignment with data delivery standards, work with data quality analysts to remediate data issues, lead and develop a team of analysts, maintain governance and documentation, and define/track success metrics to demonstrate value; requires ability to translate business needs into actionable data/analytics requirements and experience in agile or value-stream delivery; role located in London, UK with flexible working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering data, analytics or technology initiatives in a complex organisation
- Experience leading or supervising analysts or delivery team members
- Ability to translate business needs into data and analytics requirements
- Experience working in agile/product/value-stream delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of data, analytics and AI concepts including governance and risk
