Job Summary
Organize, manage, and maintain the status of deliverable items across the company from contract award to close-out. Input, monitor, and manage reports, synopses, analyses, software, and hardware within Draper's PLM system. Interface with program managers to track contract requirements, customer deliverables, and status updates. Oversee the inputting, receiving, and sending of data sourced from contracts, program schedules, and CDRLs/SDRLs. Help develop and report deliverable metrics to leadership teams. Create processes to streamline the use of business and PLM tools while maintaining a data repository for submitted deliverables. Requires a security clearance, Bachelor's degree, and 3-5 years of commercial and DoD contract experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
- 3-5 years of directly related, industry experience
- 3 years' experience working with commercial and DoD contracts
- Strong desktop computer application skills, e.g., Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Familiarity with 3DX and/or COBRA
- Government security clearance
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certified
- Business and PLM tools experience
