Job Summary
Data & Dashboarding Intern to support SaaS Delivery Team in building, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards that track active projects, resource utilization, project pipeline, and delivery performance. Work with project managers, delivery leads, and operations stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights, develop dashboards that are intuitive and accurate, collect/validate data from PM tools, CRM, and resource planning systems, generate recurring reports on delivery trends, identify gaps and risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting frameworks and visualization practices. Skills include Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar), basic data modeling, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
