Job Summary
Data Coordinator to maintain and validate product and production data across manufacturing platforms, including items setup, bills of materials, routings, and production system records. Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure accurate specifications and reflect product changes across systems. Analyze data for discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Drive data accuracy initiatives to improve operational efficiency, support production planning, and reduce manufacturing errors. Prepare and distribute production documentation and reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of data management processes using Excel and FileMaker. Requires 5+ years in furniture manufacturing and strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a furniture manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of production operations and workflows
- Comprehensive knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, including components, product structures, bills of materials, routings, and production systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and implement effective solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and FileMaker, with experience maintaining and analyzing complex data sets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- A continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to accuracy, operational excellence, and delivering high-quality results
