Data Coordinator

Data Coordinator position at Levi Strauss & Co. responsible for coordinating product data readiness across regional systems (PLM, SAP, sell-in tools) and acting as an operational bridge among Merchandising, Planning, IT, Pricing, Customer Service, Sales Operations, and E-commerce to ensure product data is accurate, complete, and activated ahead of launches. Key tasks include managing weekly system health checks, maintaining product set-up across systems, investigating and resolving recurring activation issues with IT and system partners, improving data quality via checks and tools, supporting PLM/SAP weekly checks, partnering with sizing to minimize size discrepancies, assisting with local PC9 creation, and supporting Merchandising milestones. Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years in a corporate environment (apparel experience a plus), proficiency in Excel and MS Office, and fluency in English. This is a hybrid role based in the Brussels office (Ixelles), with the salary range €51,000 – €68,000 per year. Benefits and equal opportunity statements included.
