Job Summary
Analyze database information for consistency, errors, and patterns using database analysis. Conduct research via the Internet and company library to gather telecommunications information from various sources. Rationalize data from multiple global sources and perform data collection from mobile applications and digital sources. Create status reports for management and generate client reports as assigned. Execute automation scripts to process associated data and train less experienced team members on routine tasks. Adhere to quality procedures defined in the ISO 9001:2015 standards to support production and delivery needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Accounting, Statistics, related degree, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of on-the-job analytical experience
- U.S. Citizenship
- Efficient using Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in job-related Microsoft Office products
- Intermediate experience in the research and collection of technical data (e.g., technical specifications, product data)
- Data Literacy: Intermediate competency in finding, manipulating, managing, and interpreting data, numbers, text, and images
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Exceptional prioritization, process, and communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Must show initiative and have the ability to work on multiple tasks
- Must exhibit time management skills
- Ability to work independently to meet set goals and objectives

Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate knowledge of Oracle 10g/11g or other RDBMS
- Intermediate ability to write queries using SQL
- Intermediate ability to utilize Excel functionality, such as VLookups, Charts, and Pivot Tables
- Familiarity with mobile application development concepts and data structures
- Experience with data extraction and collection techniques, including bulk data retrieval from digital sources
- Experience writing, testing, and refining code to ensure reliability, efficiency, and scalability
- Basic knowledge in telecommunication numbering principles, network structures, services and technologies
