Job Summary
Coordinate and administer Configuration Management and Data Management (CM/DM) activities for identification, change management, status accounting, and verification/audit of program products and documentation. Review contracts to determine CM/DM documentation requirements; apply Data Management principles to program CDRLs/SDRLs; support formal delivery of program deliverables; maintain CM documentation; develop process improvements to enhance configuration and control efficiency; assist in developing tools to support daily CM/DM activities; enforce CM policies; analyze and resolve configuration problems; communicate discrepancies to management; assist in configuration audits and implement audit recommendations; support ISO and CMMI standardization; operate/update CM software and databases; on-site role based in Orlando, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, leadership, engineering, or related field
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with configuration management and data management practices
- Ability to review contracts for CM/DM documentation requirements
- Ability to develop process improvements and tools to support CM/DM activities
- Experience with audits and adherence to standards (ISO, CMMI)
