Job Summary
Data & Compliance Manager will develop and enhance data management tools and processes for the Food and Nutrition Department (Home Delivered Meals Program), audit and maintain program data, create and monitor dashboards and KPIs, support contract management with funders, manage a data-entry team as needed, and provide training and technical support to staff to improve data quality and program performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel
- Knowledge of New York City and State government agency databases preferred
- Facility with learning new database platforms
- Ability to manage multiple data and performance management projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving
- Proven ability to handle confidential organizational information with discretion
- Ability to work some flexible hours (e.g., evenings and weekends), as needed
