Job Summary
Create, develop, and implement a centralized client and matter inception function by producing procedures and rolling them out across business teams. Work closely with AML, Data, Legal, and Tax colleagues to create new clients and matters on the Practice Management System while liaising directly with clients to ensure a tailored experience. Review existing client data to identify missing information for legal and tax teams and provide inception reporting to facilitate efficient onboarding. Identify process and system improvements to enhance the firm's new client intake workflow.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working within a data environment
- Offer confidence and the ability to deal directly with clients and colleagues of all levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to instill confidence and clarity to clients and colleagues
- First class communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong IT and analytical skills
- Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines
- Use your own initiative whilst part of a wider team
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality
