Data Collector - Dermatology

Job Summary
Collect patient demographic and clinical information as per project protocols and capture high-quality images of dermatological conditions using a smartphone-based application. Coordinate with dermatologists, clinical staff, and research teams during data collection activities while ensuring accurate, complete, and timely entry into designated systems. Maintain data quality standards by verifying collected information for consistency and correctness, strictly adhering to patient consent procedures, confidentiality requirements, and ethical guidelines. Organize records related to data collection activities and report operational challenges to support troubleshooting during field implementation. Assist in routine project coordination and other project-related tasks assigned by the research team. A Bachelor's degree in life sciences or allied health is required, with experience in clinical data collection or a hospital/research setting desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, allied health, or any related field
- Basic computer proficiency, especially in using tablets, mobile apps, and data entry forms
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi, local language to interact with patients and staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced OPD environment with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in clinical data collection or working in a hospital/research setting
- Familiarity with handling diagnostic equipment or medical photography
