Job Summary
Data Collection Specialist responsible for collecting and validating data for Bupa Global, including KYCs and customer information. Responsibilities include contacting customers via email (and phone when needed), reviewing and updating records in the CRM, ensuring regulatory and governance compliance, achieving contact handling and quality targets, mentoring new team members, and contributing to process improvements. Requires extensive customer service experience, strong data and billing capabilities, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with fluency in English and Arabic and a medical-insurance background. Hybrid in Egypt (Cairo) with full-time commitment.
Required Qualifications

- Medical degree (required)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
