Data Client Support Analyst

Job Summary
Address client inquiries regarding portfolio data feeds and product functionalities within established SLAs. Manage internal data team requests requiring client outreach to resolve verification issues. Investigate reported bugs and data processing problems, triaging escalations with Engineering and Product as needed. Partner with Account Managers and Solutions Architects to drive alignment on data escalations and ensure positive client outcomes. Participate in multi-org projects to improve internal processes and support new product functionality. This role requires three days in-office in Pune and offers flexible hours. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in India; visa sponsorship is not available.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience in the financial investment/advisory industry
- solid understanding of capital markets
- solid understanding of portfolio accounting
- solid understanding of customer relationship management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Track record of demonstrating self-motivation to take on responsibility
