Job Summary
Transfer customer shipping data from various file sources into standardized templates for system upload. Identify and flag missing or incorrect address and commodity information to ensure data accuracy. Assist operational staff with system troubleshooting, analyze customer files for compliance with customs and export regulations, and create manual entries as needed. Adhere strictly to APC data standards while manipulating files for third-party platforms. Requires proficiency in Excel and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Associate degree or relevant coursework in data management or a related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience working with data entry, file formatting, or related administrative functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 5–10 pounds from a floor position to an over-the-head position

- Knowledge of international geography and shipping documentation
- Familiarity with Mail Merge, barcoding systems, FTP processes, or VBA
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills a plus
