Job Summary
Enter, update, and verify data in the organization's compliance and documentation platform with high accuracy. Maintain current team member records, including certifications and compliance files, while monitoring documentation for completeness against Kentucky Administrative Regulations. Identify and track expiring or missing documents to notify the QA Manager for follow-up. Assist in maintaining organized electronic and physical records, support QA initiatives and audits, and participate in training through the College of Direct Supports. Collaborate with the QA Manager and other departments to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across all programs.
