Job Summary
Manage all records for homeless students in Infinite Campus by receiving, organizing, and accurately uploading documents into student records while completing status updates. Maintain logs and reports to track enrollment for state reporting, facilitate record submissions to schools, and serve as the department receptionist. Keep inventory records and make recommendations to improve data processing. Requires regular contact with internal and external personnel, occasional travel for training or site visits, and proficiency with Infinite Campus and Microsoft Office. This federal grant-funded position reports to the Coordinator of Homeless Education.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of experience in an office/clerical environment
- Proficiency with Infinite Campus
- Moderate level of judgment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Microsoft Office
- Infinite Campus
- Ability to work independently
