Job Summary
Verify and maintain the accuracy of terminal activity data within the Terminal Operating System (TOS). Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly tracking reports. Prepare operational move summaries and other routine reporting outputs to support planning and decision-making. Provide data support and assistance to teams across the terminal while delivering timely updates to managers and departments. Ensure reliable information is available, understood, and utilized effectively across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI
- Strong attention to detail with a clear commitment to maintaining data accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and confidence in asking questions, highlighting issues, and sharing information proactively
Desired Qualifications
- Basic database knowledge
- Familiarity with Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) or similar port management software
