Job Summary
Conduct rigorous invoice auditing, billing reconciliation, and comprehensive price/cost analysis for all network circuits to ensure financial accuracy and cost optimization. Order point-to-point, MPLS, DIA, VPN, and Satellite network circuits while maintaining ATO and technical configuration documentation. Act as a liaison between functional groups, vendor management, and procurement teams to coordinate design changes and system improvements. Provide analysis of proposed design changes to determine effects on the overall system and recommend methods of improvement. This 1-year contract requires Korean bilingual proficiency for communicating with regional stakeholders. The role involves travel for 1 to 2 months during initial onboarding and training. Advanced Excel skills are preferred for data and billing analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Korean Bilingual
- Professional fluency in Korean (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT-related field, Finance, Business Administration, or a combination of relevant experience and education
- At least 1–5 years of industry-related experience supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of configuration management or network-related systems
- Strong hands-on experience in telecom/network invoicing, billing management, and financial price analysis
- Ability and willingness to travel for 1 to 2 months for initial onboarding and training
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in circuit ordering/provisioning
- Solid experience in network billing and invoice verification
- Advanced Excel skills for data/billing analysis
- Excellent team player with a proven ability to quickly adapt and collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment
