Analyze market conditions, competition, and emerging opportunities to create actionable growth strategies and go-to-market plans for major Data Centre projects across Central Europe. Foster a culture of innovation to drive new business, partnerships, and revenue streams while representing clients within the Regional Client Program. Partner with legal, financial, and operations teams to safeguard commercial agreements, fine-tune proposal sensitivities, and ensure compliance with internal procedures. Collaborate with country leaders to set strategic goals, manage key metrics like Sales and Net Revenue, and lead risks management strategies. Own the CE pipeline track, analyze performance data for ExCom, and synthesize findings to inform global analysis and secure major strategic bids.
