Job Summary
Analyze market conditions, competition, and emerging opportunities to create actionable growth strategies and foster a culture of innovation driving new business opportunities and partnerships. Partner with country market leaders to define go-to-market strategies and represent Data Center clients within the CE Regional Client Program. Collaborate with legal, financial, and operations teams to safeguard commercial agreements, fine-tune proposal sensitivities, and ensure full compliance with internal procedures. Lead the Data Centers CE pipeline track, manage data performance metrics including Sales, Hard Backlog, Soft Backlog, Net Revenue, and Operating Margins to inform strategic decisions for the CE ExCom. Provide thought leadership input into WSP CE ExCom to support the regional strategic plan and direction.
Required Qualifications
- Architect or engineering degree
- MBA or other advanced business degree
- English (C1 level)
- A second EU language
- Experience in senior leadership positions
- Experience in driving growth
- Experience in managing complex initiatives
- Experience in developing commercially robust major project proposals and claims
- Experience in engineering procurement and delivery models
- Flexibility to travel
Desired Qualifications
- An MBA or other advanced business degree would be highly valued
- A second EU language will be highly valuated
