Job Summary
Drive regional growth and commercial strategy for major data centre projects across Central Europe by analyzing market conditions, fostering innovation, and creating actionable go-to-market strategies with country leaders. Partner with legal, financial, and operations teams to safeguard agreements, refine proposal sensitivities, and lead risks management while ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Own the data centre pipeline, manage key commercial metrics including sales and backlog, and provide thought leadership to the CE ExCom. Report operations KPIs and pipeline status to the Regional Client team, synthesizing data for comprehensive global analysis. Lead the preparation and review of commercial submissions to secure major strategic bids.
Required Qualifications
- Architect or engineering degree
- MBA or other advanced business degree
- English (C1 level)
- Experience in senior leadership positions
- Proven track record in driving growth
- Experience in managing complex initiatives
- Experience in developing commercially robust major project proposals and claims
- Experience in engineering procurement and delivery models
- Flexibility to travel
