Data Centre Security Officers

Job Summary
Provide strong customer service to visitors, contractors and clients; perform gatehouse duties; proactively monitor CCTV and Access Control; conduct building patrols to identify and mitigate security and safety risks; report hazards and building faults for rectification; support tenants and facilities; manage contractors and deliveries through dock management; respond to emergency situations; perform contractor management and ad-hoc duties; work in a rotational roster including nights, days and weekends; must be an Australian citizen or hold unlimited work rights; hold current First Aid and CPR certificates; crowd control endorsement is highly desirable; training and development opportunities offered across locations.
Required Qualifications
- Australian Citizenship or hold Unlimited Work Rights
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
- Experience with CCTV and Access Control systems
- Ability to work in rotation (Nights/Days/Weekends)
- Customer Service skills
- Crowd control endorsement desired
