Job Summary
Manage civil, structural, and architectural packages while leading site coordination and contractor performance for a complex hyperscale data centre build. Drive CSA and MEP delivery through strong site leadership, overseeing safety, quality, schedules, and commercial performance. Lead commissioning strategies including FAT, SAT, and IST testing to ensure thorough validation of complex MEP systems. Take ownership of the project through construction, commissioning, and client handover, aligning consultants, contractors, and specialists toward a unified direction.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
- Experience within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC), client-side team, or Tier 1 contractor
- Track record of delivering major construction or infrastructure projects
- Leadership and communication skills that get people aligned, not just informed
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and multidisciplinary coordination
