Job Summary
Support installation and implementation of connectivity and high-end systems products, including equipment racking, copper and fibre cabling, and field replaceable unit replacements. Perform network monitoring, troubleshooting, and testing while maintaining device and database backups. Execute root cause analysis and adhere to documented policies and procedures within a team environment. Maintain knowledge levels as industry enhancements occur and juggle time and resources to meet expectations. Requires a driving licence, B2-level local language, and 24+ months of relevant experience.

- Sound knowledge of: Network and server hardware and components
- Sound knowledge of: Copper and fibre cabling systems
- Sound knowledge of: Equipment racking and stacking (installation)
- Sound knowledge of: Installation and removal of field replaceable units (e.g. hard drive, memory, line cards, transceivers)
- Sound knowledge of: Network monitoring systems and usage
- Sound knowledge of: Device and database backup & restore processes
- Sound knowledge of: Troubleshooting and testing
- Sound knowledge of: Network connectivity
- Sound knowledge of: Out of band management tools such as iLO and Drac systems
- Root cause analysis assistance
- Professional business communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
- Leadership and/or team experience
- Windows server, Unix operating systems
- Command Line Interface (CLI) commands
- Physical Storage and backup procedures (e.g. tape library systems)
