Job Summary
Support installation and implementation of connectivity and high-end systems products while participating in configuration and support of systems. Perform equipment racking and stacking, including installation and removal of field replaceable units such as hard drives, memory, and line cards. Execute troubleshooting and testing for network connectivity, manage network monitoring systems, and handle device and database backup and restore processes. Utilize out-of-band management tools like iLO and DRAC systems. Maintain knowledge levels as industry enhancements occur and adhere to documented policies, procedures, and processes. Maintain a driving license and local language proficiency at B2 level.
Required Qualifications

- Sound knowledge of: Network and server hardware and components
- Sound knowledge of: Copper and fibre cabling systems
- Sound knowledge of: Equipment racking and stacking (installation)
- Sound knowledge of: Installation and removal of field replaceable units (e.g. hard drive, memory, line cards, transceivers)
- Sound knowledge of: Network monitoring systems and usage
- Sound knowledge of: Device and database backup & restore processes
- Sound knowledge of: Troubleshooting and testing
- Sound knowledge of: Network connectivity
- Sound knowledge of: Out of band management tools such as iLO and Drac systems
- Root cause analysis assistance
