Job Summary
Support installation, removal, and configuration of field replaceable units, copper and fibre cabling systems, and high-end connectivity products across global sites. Perform equipment racking and stacking, execute device and database backup and restore processes, and utilize out-of-band management tools like iLO and DRAC for troubleshooting and testing. Conduct root cause analysis, maintain network monitoring systems, and ensure adherence to documented policies while functioning effectively within a team environment. Requires a valid driving licence, B2 level local language proficiency, and over 24 months of relevant experience.

- Sound knowledge of: Network monitoring systems and usage
- Sound knowledge of: Device and database backup & restore processes
- Sound knowledge of: Troubleshooting and testing
- Sound knowledge of: Network connectivity
- Sound knowledge of: Out of band management tools such as iLO and Drac systems
