Job Summary
Data Centre Commissioning Supervisor leads a field service team to execute data centre commissioning activities, coordinating technicians, optimizing manpower and equipment use, and driving schedules to meet milestones. Responsibilities include managing RAMS documentation, resolving day-to-day technical and client issues, maintaining strong customer relationships, and implementing improvement plans. Requires formal university degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with specific knowledge of HVAC systems or data centres, and willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree
- minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience
- Strong grasp of management approaches (scheduling, coaching, process execution)
- Proven experience leading a team on complex projects
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or Data Centres
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Willingness to travel across UK and Ireland
