Data Center Training Senior Director (Nashville, TN)

Lead the strategic development and implementation of training programs to enable mechanical and electrical technicians to operate, maintain, and modernize data centers. Design scalable training materials including SOPs, e-learning modules, and hands-on workshops focused on electrical, mechanical, controls, and programmatic knowledge.
