Job Summary
Track and close work tickets, prioritize machines needing attention, and maintain accurate records in Foreman and other systems. Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs, diagnose issues, and read miner logs to resolve performance problems. Monitor operations using Foreman and BTC Tools, troubleshoot network connectivity, and set up IPs to bring new miners online. Assist with pod setup, keep the site clean and secure, and support team training. This full-time, on-site role in Osage, IA requires living locally, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in loud environments. Starting pay is $18/hour with health, dental, and vision benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of hands-on or technical experience
- Basic understanding of networks and IP addresses
- Comfortable learning new systems and entering data accurately
- Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to do physical work
- Must be living in Iowa
- Must be able to commute daily
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs occasionally
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, and kneeling throughout the day
- Must be comfortable working in tight spaces around equipment
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be comfortable in loud environments
- Must be available for flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ASIC miners or similar equipment
- Familiarity with Foreman or BTC Tools
- Network setup or troubleshooting experience
