Data Center Technician position hired to support deployment and maintenance of high-performance network environments across the nation. The role emphasizes deep knowledge in structured cabling, RF systems, and fiber integration across headend, central office, and enterprise data center settings, with a clear growth path from Level 1 to Level 4. Core duties include high-quality infrastructure installations, safety adherence, independent work with varying levels of supervision, and participation in migrations and cutovers (including off-hours shifts). Strong emphasis on advancing through Skill Levels, leading to senior technician/field manager responsibilities, and mentoring junior staff. Strong emphasis on data-center standards, documentation, and collaboration with internal/external teams. Strong travel expectations (25-85%) for site deployments.
