Job Summary
Seeking experienced Data Center Technicians with telecom backgrounds for a 6-week contract role that may extend. Responsibilities include auditing, troubleshooting, and maintaining fiber patch cords. Must be self-motivated, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of telecom experience (Data Center Environment preferred)
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Reliable source of daily transportation
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to be a proactive contributor to a team.
- Able to distinguish color.
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 10 (must obtain within 90 days)
- First Aid / CPR certificate (must obtain within 90 days)
- Fiber Optic Association Certifications
- BICSI Technical Certifications
