Data Center Technician - Inside Plant (ISP)

Job Summary
ISP Structured Cabling Technician responsible for supporting the installation of fiber and copper cabling for telecom builds (including ladder rack, tray, fiber guides, J-Hooks, EMT). Maintain a safe, protocol-driven environment; read engineered drawings and BOM; adhere to cabling routing and dressing standards; operate basic hand tools and equipment (including scissor lifts) and support coordination with other teams. Emphasis on attention to detail, ability to follow written scopes of work, and willingness to work in data center environments under various conditions. Must have High School/GED and 1-5 years of relevant experience, plus a valid driver’s license. On-site in Temple, TX. Education and experience in Electronics, Telecommunications, Construction or Project Management preferred.
