Data Center Technician II

Data Center Technician II responsible for hardware installation and configuration of enterprise servers and cabling infrastructure, FRU replacements, rack installation and cabling, and resolving Telco connectivity issues. Perform network switch troubleshooting, communicate within a ticketing environment, document activities, maintain asset inventory, and update SOPs. Execute structured cabling (fiber and copper), manage system power supplies and cabling, install/remove hardware in data center racks without impacting other critical infrastructure, and participate in training to align with corporate objectives while adhering to SLAs.
