Job Summary
Lead and coordinate daily crew activities on active data center construction sites, overseeing installation tasks while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance. Assign work, monitor progress, and troubleshoot field issues for technicians, communicating with project managers and subcontractors to keep work on track. Maintain site documentation, materials readiness, and adherence to job specifications. This hands-on leadership role requires 3+ years of experience leading crews on commercial or industrial construction projects, with specific experience in data center builds, structured cabling, or critical infrastructure environments. Candidates must be able to read construction drawings and manage field execution with minimal supervision, holding OSHA 10 and Scissors Lift certifications. Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the United States are required, with Spanish fluency a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading crews on commercial or industrial construction projects
- Experience with data center builds, structured cabling, or critical infrastructure environments
- Ability to read construction drawings and manage field execution with minimal supervision
- Strong working knowledge of jobsite safety practices, quality standards, and schedule coordination
- Proven ability to resolve field issues during construction execution and coordinate effectively with subcontractors
- OSHA 10 certification
- Scissors Lift certification
- Fluency in English
- Eligibility to work in the United States
