Job Summary

Data Center Operator on a 6 PM–6 AM shift (7 days on/7 days off) responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting Windows Server and Linux-based systems, identifying and resolving incidents, and escalating issues within the data center escalation structure. Performs daily system processing, generates status reports, processes draws and nightly processing, and uses incident-management ticketing systems. Requires basic Windows and networking knowledge and familiarity with MS SQL Server and MySQL databases; strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; must be able to obtain regulatory gaming licenses. Opportunities for progression toward Data Center Technician (Tier-2) and higher are noted in the role description.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • 1-2 years’ work or study in a computer related field
  • Basic Windows operating systems
  • Basic networking concepts
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be able to obtain required regulatory gaming cards and licensing upon employment
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Interpersonal skills in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
