Data Center Team Lead - RMA A-shift (M-F 6AM-2:30PM)

Lead role overseeing material orders, customer service, and inventory management at a data center; responsible for the assembly and installation of servers and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices. Responsibilities include overseeing loading/unloading of inbound/outbound freight, managing shipping documents, performing quality checks on inbound/outbound freight, executing daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for critical spare parts, processing return shipments using warehouse management systems, placing server racks with accuracy, installing cabling, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining safety and 5S standards. Requires strong interpersonal and customer-service skills and the ability to cross-train in multiple datacenter departments; 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
