Job Summary
Data Center Team Lead responsible for material orders, customer service, and inventory management, plus assembly and installation of servers and electronic components. Oversees loading/unloading, quality checks, inventory cycle counts, and return shipments. Manages placement of server racks, cabling, and installation using hand and power tools, operates material handling equipment, and enforces safety/5S standards. Requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, cross-training flexibility, analytical decision-making, and 3-5 years of related experience. Base pay is $24.50/hour with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Experience with computers
- Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to read diagrams and schematics
- Server rack installation and cabling
- Safety and 5S standards compliance
