Job Summary
Execute all scheduled system jobs and monitor data center infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal system performance. Provide extended transaction support services outside regular banking hours while collaborating closely with other IT teams to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment within a collaborative team at one of the Philippines' leading commercial banks.
Required Qualifications
- at least Bachelor's Degree in IT or related courses
- 1 year experience relevant to the role
- Good knowledge of data center hardware, server management, and network operations
