Data Center Shift Lead

Manage a team of data center service and repair technicians to keep operations at peak efficiency. Assist the Site Manager in training staff on equipment and procedures, while enforcing safety programs and reporting observations for improvement. Monitor systems to ensure accurate data processing, deploy mining devices, and troubleshoot high-level technical problems. Analyze data to identify trends and oversee project production efforts to assure completion on time and within budget. Continually improve current processes in collaboration with leadership. Recruit, hire, retain, supervise, delegate, give feedback, and evaluate technicians. Perform other duties as instructed by the Site Lead.
